To enjoy our products you have several options:
The olives, freshly picked from the trees, never from the ground, are put in a receiving hopper.
They are blown in order to remove possible leaves, branches or stones.
The olives are washed and weighted.
Then they go into the receiving hoppers and regulators to be crushed.
Once they are crushed, they go into the blenders to make the oil extraction easier.
The horizontal decanter separates the oil from the pomace.
The oil goes to the vertical decanter where it is thoroughly cleaned and then to the wine storages, where it is bottled. Dark sediment might appear, composed of infinitesimal bone and skin particles, which is a clear sign of quality.
